Join the Ottawa Lions Track & Field Club on June 5th at the Terry Fox Athletics Facility as we showcase the sport of para-athletics as part of Athletics in Canada Day! Come try a diverse range of athletics & para-athletics activities, including instructional sessions & try-it’s in wheelchair racing, seated throws and frame running! Participants are encouraged to stay and watch or compete in the Twilight Series’ season opener!
This event is FREE, and is made possible by the Athletics For All grant program from Athletics Canada, and by the Government of Canada’s Community Sport for All Initiative.
Registration is highly encouraged and appreciated. More information will be available one week prior to the event date.
