Coaches Package contains extremely important information and changes. Please read carefully.

Registration fees have increased since 2023 and accurately reflect the cost of hosting the District event outside CEC’s home community. Fees are $250 per school ($150 for schools with fewer than 20 athletes). If you require an invoice, email Joyce Millman (millmanjoyce@gmail.com) in advance of the meet to ensure timely payment.

Coaches Meeting: Friday, May 10th 8:30 am (one rep per school must attend)


Coaches who are registering Para athletes are asked to contact the Meet Director re: scheduling.

School Entry Procedures, IB/AP Exam conflict information, and Supported Athlete information are available in attached documents. There will be IB/AP conflicts this year so please submit the appropriate paperwork as outlined in the attachment.

Once registration has been uploaded to MeetManager following the Registration Deadline (May 8 at 9:00am), you will be unable to make any further changes to your team roster on line. Any additions, substitutions or withdrawals after the deadline must be done on site, on the day of competition, or by contacting Data Manager Ron Smith ( smithrg@ccrce.ca )

Reminder to coaches: Please advise the Meet Director of the names of minor officials your team will be providing to assist at the meet. It is essential each team provide volunteers to assist with the meet.

Note: Important Reminders for 2024
AGE CLASSIFICATION: All classes/categories are GRADE LEVEL, not age-based.
Juniors - 7-9 (grade 6 students who are part of a school population with grade 7s or above shall be eligible to compete in the Junior classification only)
Intermediate - Grade 9 and first year high school
Senior - 2nd and 3rd year high school (under 19 as of Sept 1, 2023)
