High School season opener. Options will be available to run both Senior distances: Women's 4000m will run at 9AM, Men's 4500m will run at 9:45AM.
The women's course is two repeats of a 2K loop. The men's course follows the same 2K loop, but features a 500m extension each time.
Every 100m is marked, as is each kilometer.
