OFSAA 5k road champs

Who takes the W?
I say Cam takes 2nd or 3rd but it's a solid come back race.

Will the girls from K-Town gang up on their competition?

ps there's a bunch of ofsaa kids in it too if that will get the conversation going before gun time :)

Vote Gollish for the win for the women. O'connell second, Secaffien third.

0-3. Bold pred considering Gollish hasn't either athlete over 5000m this year, and Seccafien has dominated over the last 2.

Its pretty clear that O'Connell and Seccafien are on another level than Gollish and it would be great to see people start to respect that.

It would be interesting to see where they are at in their respective phases of training. Early September some people are finishing off a long track season, some others are in the middle of Cross Country buildup and others still have had a track season and are just starting back
