Annual Membership Payment Plan: Athletes registering for the annual membership have the option of paying in three instalments - $300 due in September, $300 due in January and the remaining $250 due in May. This option may only be paid by cash, eTransfer or cheque. Please select 'Pay Onsite' and notify Reba if you wish to be put on a payment plan. reba@nationalcapitaltfc.com
