Due to Current restrictions athletes can not train in multiple groups.

Sprints and Jumps Program: Program will work on base fitness (strength and Power) and breaking down fundamental movements patterns for running and jumping.

Practices are Tuesday (Coronation Park) and Thursday (7 Hills / Kingswood Park) 5:30- 7 (times may change depending on booking/ restrictions).


Endurance Program: Building aerobic fitness, lactic thresholds, strength and overall fitness.

Practices are Mon/ Wed/ Fri/ Sat , 5:30-7 (times may change depending on bookings/ restrictions


This is a 9 weeks program starting April 6- June 5 focusing on the fundamentals of the sport, little event specific training will take place during this phase. Another block of training will be offered after this to focus on event specific training.

If track meets become available the cost and registration for the event will be the responsibility of the athlete/ family.
