2020 Adult Run Program - Blue Devils Athletic Club

Adult athletes of all running abilities welcome! Whether you are training to run your first 5km, or you are a seasoned marathoner, at Blue Devils Athletic Club we aim to build a motivating and fun running community! Running can be tough on your own, but with Blue Devils way of training you will feel strong and fast right away! Combine this with a community of adults to train with have you enjoying running and smashing personal bests!

BLUE DEVILS ATHLETIC CLUB offers:

- Complete programming to systematically build up to
your race and shatter your Personal Best
- Activation and Mobility to prepare your body to run
and remain injury free
- Proper Running Mechanics to optimize your running
efficiency and speed
- Team workouts to motivate each other and HAVE FUN
- Race day support

Pricing:
- Drop In $10 / session
- Monthly Membership $60 for 2 sessions / week
*includes monthly programming
- Online Programming Only $35 for one month
