Other Information
There will be no spectators permitted into the facility for the Xmas Open. Only participating athletes, coaches, support staff, officials and volunteers will be permitted entry into the TTFC.
OUA teams must submit the OUA visiting team information guide to Brad Matheson via email at bmatheso@yorku.ca prior to arrival on the facility
Non-OUA athletes must complete the COVID-19 prescreening form, that will be sent out following the close of entries, prior to arriving at the TTFC. Non-OUA athletes must also bring proof of full vaccination (qr code preferred) along with a piece of photo i.d. to gain access to the facility. Club coaches must also complete the coach registration to gain access to the facility and provide proof of vaccination along with photo id.
