Athletisme Ville-Marie Club Registration

The main club fee is $225 and covers the following:

FQA registration (allows you to compete in track and xc races, and provincial and national championship on the road); club singlet (to be worn at all competitions) and club administration costs (club affiliation and incorporation, website, taxes and fees).

AVM has a couple groups:

UQAM university team trains Monday & Wednesday at 7am with Jim in the fall

AVM distance group trains Monday and Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday 9am at various locations with John.

UQAM running club meets twice a week.

Coaching/Practice fees:
The practice fee is $55/month. This covers coaching at 2-4 practices a week. The coach is paid $30/hr for practice. If you pay for the full year at once, the cost is $50/month.

If you wish to have a personalised plan, you can pay $125/month for that period. This includes practice. Those who pay the $600 yearly practice fee can upgrade to individualized plans at $80/month. The coach is paid $30/week per individual plan.

Varsity athletes can pay $80/month during the school season for an individualized plan. Varsity athletes should only pay the practice fees for months they will be training with the club.

Athletes who are part of the FQA excellence program will have their coaching fees waived for 2018.
