Other Information
This in-person workshop will cover modules #6-8 of the Club Coach Course. It is designed for coaches who work with high school athletes in the specific event group of Endurance. In addition to learning technical progression, this workshop will also cover energy systems, age appropriate strength training and seasonal planning. The course will go from 4-9pm on the Friday and then again at 8am-5pm on the Saturday. NOTE: Due to the U of Lethbridge requirements, ALL participants must show proof of double vaccination in order to be present on campus.
