EVENTS & START TIMES:
2.5K Trail Run - 3 waves of maximum 40 athletes each starting at 10:00 (17 SPOTS AVAILABLE), 11:00 (SOLD OUT), 12:00 (SOLD OUT)
5K Trail Run - 4 waves of maximum 40 athletes each starting at 1:00 (SOLD OUT), 2:00 (SOLD OUT), 3:00 (2 SPOTS AVAILABLE), 4:00 (21 SPOTS AVAILABLE)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Due to COVID-19, we have made the following changes to the DOC:
Races will be run in waves with a maximum of 40 athletes per wave. Athletes must select their wave when they register & race at that time.
All races will be run as PURSUITS. One athlete will be released every 15 seconds based on seed time.
Because of the pursuit format, athletes will be asked to provide a seed time. Estimated seed times are acceptable.
In order to keep our numbers within Provincial orders we kindly request no spectators & that athletes depart shortly after they complete their race.
Proceeds to our charity, Bethell Hospice.
Special request...Bethell Hospice have been hit hard by COVID-19. They rely heavily on fund-raising events like this to support their mission. Most have been cancelled this year. If you can afford to make a small donation too, please do. Link is below.
