This is a multi-sport course open to coaches of any sport.
For Athletics Coaches: this course is required to be NCCP Performance Coach Trained.

Course description:
After completing the NCCP Coaching and Leading Effectively module, you will be able to:
-promote a positive image of sport and model it to athletes and those supporting their performance;
-deliver clear messages and explanations when communicating with athletes and their supporters;
-and identify opportunities to interact with all athletes and use feedback to improve and correct performance and behaviour.
Please note:
This is a live, facilitator-led, interactive, group-based course offered online through Zoom.
To participate in an Online Delivery course, you must have a working microphone, speakers and a camera as well as reliable access to the internet (Dial-up or High Speed).
Please make sure that you have the most updated version of Zoom as some features might not be available through the older versions.
