Athletics Ontario Athletics Safety and Coaching Clinic, hosted by Centennial Colts.

The Official Athletics Ontario Safety Track and Field Certification . Classroom and practical sessions, bring workout clothes. Curriculum covers the safety considerations for Throws, Jumps, Sprinting, relays and Distance (SC) and coaching best practices. Also a great networking and refresher opportunity ahead of the 2019 High School Athletics season.
