Online Technical Karate Seminars
Learn how to improve your kata and kumite performances, especially for online e-tournaments like the 2nd Pacific Karate eChampionships.

These seminars are open to all karate skill levels and ages.

Karate BC members AND non-members are welcome to participate!

$10 per 1hr session ($1 extra for non-Karate BC members).

1-2pm Kata (division 1)
2-3 pm Kumite (division 2)

*If you can't attend live, but you would still like to learn from the seminars & support the event, please register and an archived video link will be sent to you.

Participants are encouraged to fully experience the seminar by wearing their karate uniform and turning on their webcams if possible.

Coach Nigel Nikolaisen, former Canada National Team kata athlete and now chief instructor of Northwest Shito-Kai Karate Club in Campbell River, BC.

Coach Richard Mosdell, former head coach of Tokyo's Seiritsu Gakuen Competition Club and now chief instructor of Kenzen Sports Karate in Victoria, BC.
