Professor Reena Atanasiadis, MBA is a senior lecturer at Concordia University's John Molson School of Business. Her talk, Behavioural Biases, examines decision-making in business, outlining the underlying reasons investors and managers make the choices they do. Coaching decisions and competitive athletic decisions are similarly biased. Learn from an engaging and expert speaker how you can become more aware of your decision-making, to improve the performance of the athletes you coach.
