This registration must be completed if you plan to travel with Team Ontario to the 2022 Elite National Championships in Edmonton, AB.
Travel & Accommodation will be from Friday 14th to Monday 17th January, 2022.
Planning and logistics will completed after this registration deadline has lapsed.
Athletes will then be invoiced for Airfare and Hotel costs and payment must be received prior to departure for the event.
