In order to participate in the competition, ALL participants must present their vaccination passport and an ID card (with photo for those 16 years and older) at the weigh-in. No judoka under 12 years old can participate. It is also necessary to fill out the health questionnaire every day and hand it in at the reception.
NOTE: "TRACKIE" WILL EMAIL A LINK TO A WAIVER THAT MUST BE ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED BY PARENT/GUARDIAN OF MINORS OR ATHLETES 18 AND OVER AND SUBMITTED BEFORE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS IS COMPLETE.

*Green - registration form & waiver completed (waiver link is sent via email from Trackie to the parent or over 18 email address provided on registration form)
*Grey - waiver IS NOT completed (REGISTRATIONS ARE NOT COMPLETE WITHOUT THE WAIVER).
