Judo BC is sending a team to the 2018 Saskatchewan Open, October 19 to 21. If you are interested in attending please review the following information.
Tentative Judo BC Schedule:
Friday October 19
~ 9 am Depart Vancouver (flights from Vancouver Island and Prince George will depart earlier)
~ 2:30 pm Arrive Regina
~ 5 pm Weigh in
Saturday, October 20
~10 am Competition starts
Sunday, October 21
~ 9 am Competition starts
~ 7 pm Flights depart for home
If you are planning on traveling & staying with Judo BC, and being supervised & coached at the event by Judo BC, please complete this registration. Athletes will be required to submit a deposit of $420.
The estimated total cost per athlete will be approximately $840 and includes air & ground transportation, accommodations, coach travel support fee, payment processing fees and tournament entry fees.
Please note:
You will find in attachment the Saskatchewan Technical Package 2019.
All participants, including Elite & Development team members, coaches and referees wanting to travel and stay with the team are required to registered online for this event by September 28, 2018.
Athletes, coaches and referees wanting to travel separately from the team should not fill in this form, and instead should make there own arrangements including travel, hotels, submitting tournament entry forms and fees, and arranging supervision and coaching of minors.
An invoice will be sent to participating athletes once all the bookings & costs are finalized. The final payment will be required by Friday, October 12.
When completing this registration, please use the names listed on your government issued ID, so that it is correctly listed for the flights.
A $50 refund processing fee plus any non recoverable costs (i.e. airline cancellation fees) will be charged to anyone requesting a refund regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
