UPDATE#4 - 200mH 2005/04 are 30" Competition Hurdles, 200mH 2006 (27"), 2007 (24") are scissor hurdles
UPDATE#3 - Late Registration on site 4pm onwards, $25 flat fee.
Remember to bring a chair. Our bleachers have been removed for the Annual Canada Cup Softball Tournament
UPDATE#2 - 200mH will be for Masters & U16 with competition hurdles, and scissor hurdles for 2006, 2007 athletes.
UPDATE #1 PV for vaulters 2m and under has been added. Are you competing in the JD Champs, or just starting your Pole Vault career - this is a great opportunity to learn how to compete in PV. If you are not 2006, 2007, U16, U18 or a Master athlete, and are a beginning PVer, contact the Meet Director for entry.
