Fall Elementary Speed Program

Program will focus on the development of speed & technical elements of speed, as well as some strength, mobility & flexibility.

Ages: 11+12 year olds (2009 & 2008)
Days: Saturdays
Time: 11:45-1:00pm
Location: Walnut Grove Secondary Track (some sessions may move in October to Mcleod Athletic Park)
Dates: Sept. 26 Oct. 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 Nov. 7, 14

Sessions: 8

Cost: $62.00 + BC Athletics annual membership required ($15.75 training membership)
