Fall Elementary Speed Program
Program is designed for athletes interested in developing speed, getting faster. Program covers mechanics of speed, improving in reaction, maximizing speed, agility, coordination and general strength. This program will benefit kids involved in a wide range of sports including track.
Athletes can register for one or both sessions.
Ages: Ages 10-12 (turning 12 by December 31, 2021)
Days: Thursdays
Time: 5:00-6:00 pm
Location: McLeod Athletic Park Track
Dates: Sept. 23, 30, Oct 07, 14, 21, 28, Nov 4, 11
Sessions: 8
Cost: $55.00 + BC Athletics annual membership required ($15.75 training membership). Some may already have this
