The Track Rascals program is for children from 6 to 8 years old and focusses on the basics of running, jumping and throwing. This FUNdamentals program teaches the skills of running, jumping and throwing and the technical skill progressions for track and field events.

Time: 6:00-7:00 PM
Dates: May 5 - June 23
Location: MacLeod Athletic Park
Length of Program: 8 sessions
Cost: $75
Includes: BC Athletics Fee and Langley Mustang T-Shirt
