2022 Laurentian University HIGH SCHOOL Rumble on the Rock XC Meet

Meet is open to all athletes Grade 7 to 12. Grade 7 & 8 athletes will compete in Novice Category with Grade 9's.

For all age group races, girls will start 1 min following the boys to ensure a fair start and to provide a separate racing experience. Times will be adjusted following the competition - please be patient.

$7 per entry to a team maximum of $600.

Please make cheques payable to "Laurentian University Cross-Country Team"

All participating team MUST submit single page Letter of Confirmation outlining that schools have: i. collected all parental consent forms; ii. knowledge of pre-existing health issues of participating students; iii. adherence to bus protocol.

2:01pm Novice Girls (Grades 7,8,9) - 4100m

2:30pm Junior Boys (Grade 10) - 5100m
2:31pm Junior Girls (Grade 10) - 5100m

3:00pm Senior Boys (Grade 11,12) - 5600m
3:01pm - Senior Girls (Grade 11,12) - 5600m
