2022 Spring/Summer Outdoor T&F Season - Youth Program

Welcome to the Blue Devils Athletic Club!

Our Youth Program offers Track & Field training encompassing 3 different age groups!

› Senior Youth Program (ages 11-14)

› Junior Youth Program (Ages 6-10)

› Littles Program (Ages 4-6)

BDAC focuses on training young runners across all distances, and we prioritize developing well-rounded athletes.

Each training session includes:
› a structured warm-up to prepare the body for
exercise
› drills for improved running mechanics, speed, and
efficiency
› exercises to develop speed, acceleration, explosive
power, and coordination
› workouts to improve speed, acceleration, aerobic
and anaerobic capacity
› jumps & hurdles -specific drills and workouts
› mobility for recovery

**Note that we are utilizing a seasonal Attendance List for organizational and contact tracing purposes. Upon registration, the Attendance List will be attached at the bottom of the registration confirmation email. Please list your athlete under the correct day, location, and program you wish to attend. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARENT/ATHLETE to ensure they are listed under the preferred practice times/locations.
