The Track Rascals program is for children from 6 to 8 years old and focuses on the basics of running, jumping and throwing. This FUNdamentals program teaches the skills of running, jumping and throwing and the technical skill progressions for track and field events.
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 5:30 - 6:30 PM
Dates:
Tuesdays - May 16, 30 June 6, 13, 20, 27
Thursdays - May 11, 25, June 1, 15, 22, 29
Location: McLeod Athletic Park Stadium
Length of Program: 6 sessions on Tuesdays, 6 sessions on Thursdays
Cost: $68 for Tuesdays, $68 for Thursdays, $120 for both + $16 BC Athletics Fee
Includes: Langley Mustangs Under Armor training shirt
