Nage no kata and goyko
9:30 am to 12:30 pm
1:30 to 4:30 pm
Requirements:
1. Please practice the katas at your club prior to the clinic so that you know the movements.
2. Minimum rank - green belt.
3. Must bring a partner to the clinic and partner needs to pre register and pay for the clinic.
4. White gi to be worn to clinic.
5. Indoor flip flops/zori - to be worn at all times inside the dojo while not on the mats.
