SPRING RUN OFF POSTPONED - New Date to be Determined. Due to the changing situation currently in British Columbia. The Kamloops Ridge Runners Society Board of Directors has come to the difficult decision to Postpone the Spring Run Off this weekend. This decision is for the safety of our Participants, Volunteers and Communities. Over the next week or two the board will work to determine the best course of action for the 2020 Spring Run Off and will inform everyone with how we are going to more forward but we wanted to get this information out to you as soon as possible so that you could still plan accordingly for the weekend.

10 km Race 2 of the Interior Running Association’s Canadian Tire Road Race Series starting at 10 AM
5 km fun race great for first time racers starting at 10:20 AM
Bib Pickup and Race Day Registration ($10 penalty) starts at 8:30 AM
These are FAST courses with little elevation gain. The routes are towards The Dunes along paved roads and pathways. Refreshments for racers and volunteers include a slice of pizza, fresh fruit, water, and coffee. Door prizes for racers and volunteers are pre-drawn and available for pickup in the Gymnasium.
