This meet is for Ottawa Lions athletes only.
It will take place at the Algonquin College Thunderdome (1385 Woodroffe Avenue)
Athletes should sign up for the 60m, Javelin, 600m OR Standing Long Jump, and both relay races that are offered.
*If you do not sign up for a relay team while registering but decide to run, you will be placed on a random team.
Relays teams will be premade by coaches.
Proof of vaccination & ID will be required for all athletes ages 12+
