Enter Trackie.orgThis in-person workshop will cover modules #6-8 of the Club Coach Course. It is designed for coaches who work with high school athletes in a the specific event group of Throws. In addition to learning the technical progressions for shot put, discus, javelin, weight throw and hammer, this workshop will also cover age appropriate strength training and seasonal planning.
