Session 1: 6:00PM to 7:00PM Female Session
Session2: 7:00PM to 8:30PM Female Provincial Team Session

Session 1: Female training session. -Open to all ages and skill levels. A fun and challenging class. Emphasis on developing technical skills.

Session 2: Female provincial team training session.
-Open to athletes competing on the national circuit with goals to compete at 2023 Nationals. Emphasis on competition specific strategies and drilling.
