The Flying 'M' Fall Frolic was renamed the George Tanner Memorial Classic in 2017.
Coach George passed away in May 2017, but his legacy in the sport of Track and Field lives on. It lives on through all who had the privilege of experiencing George's passion. Athletes, coaches, parents, and community members across the country learned from George. We not only learned about the sport of Track and Field, but about making a difference.
The Frolic was always George's meet and now it will be forever.
Athletes must be a member of Athletics Manitoba/Athletics Canada as an individual, as part of a registered Athletics Manitoba school, or pay the $10 Non-member Day fee.
Individuals are required to pay online at time of registration. Schools and clubs may still pay by cheque at the meet.
