Other Information

This registration is for participants attending the 2022 Open Nationals in May in Montreal but are not travelling with Team. This includes officials, referees, club coaches, senior & veteran athletes and VIPs.

Everyone using this form will be responsible for their own travel arrangements (flight & ground transportation).

The purpose of this registration is to:
1. Determine accommodation needs of those who are not travelling with the team. If you already signed up to attend Open Nationals and travel with the team please do not complete this form.
2.Approve athletes (including kata, veteran, ne waza & seniors) and club coaches who are not traveling and or staying with the team.

A non refundable deposit of $27 (Judo BC admin fee + online processing fee) is required to complete this registration.

Please note the following:

1. The registration for the competition is a separate Judo Canada registration form and includes the required waiver and a link to the mandatory medical questionnaire. A link to this registration will be sent directly to BC participants once they are approved by the Judo BC Head Coach. Approval will based on the selection criteria which is posted in the Additional Downloads section below.
2. Seniors, Veterans & kata athletes must also pay for their first entry fee of $120 with this registration. This fee is only refundable if the athletes withdraws prior to the Judo Canada April 22nd registration deadline.
3. Registrants will be invoiced in late April for:
a. the costs of the accommodation based on check in and check out dates and room type selection i.e. private or shared
b. additional entry fees based on the Judo Canada competition registration.
c. Banquet, if selected when completing the Judo Canada competition registration.
3. Judo Canada requires that all athletes must stay in the proposed accommodations. A fee of $300.00 per athlete will be levied on all athletes not staying in these accommodations.
