The 2022 Open Canadian Championships & Camp is scheduled for May 19 to 25 in Montreal QC.
All BC athletes and coaches wanting to travel with Team BC must complete this registration. This is highly recommended for all youth age athletes and required for Team BC coaches.
A separate registration will be available in the coming weeks for those that don't want to travel with the team. This will be the registration form for kata participants, seniors, veterans, referees, kata evaluators, club coaches etc...
Please note entry into the competition is subject to approval by the Provincial Head Coach based on the 2021-22 Open Nationals Selection criteria. Athletes that don't meet the criteria or aren't eligible for other reasons i.e. rank, will be notified once we receive their submission.

Flights (departing May 18, returning May 25):

Accommodations - TBD once the Tournament Technical Package is available.. Rough estimate is $40/day for 4 people per room and $80 for 2people per room.
Coach support fee - $105 (U21 and under only)
Admin fee - $25

3rd entry (ne waza) - $60
Banquet: - TBD ($60 in 2019)
mandatory for athletes 18 and younger, optional for everyone else.

Deposit:
$125 - fully refundable until the Judo Canada final registration date in mid April
Final Payment due in early Mayl An invoice will be sent in mid April.
Athletes that are part of the 2021-22 Provincial Team Program will receive funding for this event. The exact amounts will be based on the athlete's level on the team and final costs for this trip.
Please note additional information will be required closer to the date of the event i.e. type of accommodation (4/room, 2/room), Judo Canada medical form, Judo Canada waiver, etc...
