  • Course description: Begins at Lorneville Community Centre, heads down Lorneville Road in the direction of Coleson Cove. At 5.5km turn right and then right again onto King William Road. Proceed past the store, turn right onto Lorneville Road to the community centre. There are some hills! But they go down as well as up :-)
