ALL AGE GROUPS FOR BOTH SPRINTS AND HURDLES WILL HAVE USE OF BLOCKS THIS YEAR. PLEASE NOTE ONLY THOSE ATHLETES WHO KNOW HOW TO QUICKLY SETUP AND BE READY ARE TO USE THEM. COACHES THIS IS NOT A TIME FOR A TEACHING MOMENT.
