This is a Four-Part Invitational XC Meet hosted by the Prairie Inn Harriers, Vancouver Thunderbirds, Nanaimo and District Track & Field Club, Coastal Track Club, Coquitlam Cheetahs and West Vancouver Track Club. Open to members of the above clubs born 2008 or older.
All entrants must submit a 2000m track time to their coach or club administrator by October 11th at 11:59. Those without a seed time will be placed in the slow heat.
Race 1: Saturday, October 17th @ Beaver Lake Park - Victoria, BC
Race 2: Sunday, November 1st @ Crescent Park - Surrey, BC
Race 3: Sunday, November 15th @ West Vancouver, BC (Location TBD)
Race 4: Sunday, December 13th @ Nanaimo, BC (location TBD)
*Note that this is an invitation-only event and will not accept outside athletes due to COVID-19 Competition restrictions.
Registrants must register for all four meets at once. The registration fee is non-refundable and not eligible for prorating should athletes choose to compete in fewer than the total races offered.
To adhere to COVID-19 regulations, athletes will race in seeded heats of 12-17 athletes.
No spectators will be allowed at the race site and athletes must leave the competition zone within 15 minutes of finishing their race. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the race and the series.
