Updated Training Season

Monday June 22nd, 2020 - Thursday August 20th, 2020

Junior JD (Grade 3 and 4) - Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:45pm - 8:15pm (check in @ 6:40pm)

Senior JD (Grade 5 and 6) - Mondays and Wednesdays 6:45pm - 8:15pm (check in @ 6:40pm)

High School and Grade 7s - Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00pm- 6:30pm (check in @ 4:55pm)

Cancellation Policy

Refunds for program registration are available up to one week prior to the start of the program. An administration fee of $50 will be applied against the refund. BC Athletics fees are non refundable as per their policy. Final decision on refunds will be provided at the approval of the board of directors.

Volunteering

It is expected that all families will volunteer some time to help out throughout the season. There will be a sign up sheet for individual duties that will be communicated out before practices.

Registering 3 athletes?

We offer a discount if you are registering 3 or more athletes from the same family. The third athlete will be half price off the fees (not including BCA). If this option applies to you, please continue to register online and pay in full. On your confirmation receipt, you will receive a message asking you to email info@trackie.com to organize your partial refund.

Collegiate/Masters

If you are a collegiate or masters age athlete and wish to train with the club, please contact us directly through the email goldenearsathletics@gmail.com.
