Please note that a $200 volunteer cheque, made out to NTFC and post dated July 31st, 2019, will be collected during the first week of practices. This does NOT apply to families with children registered ONLY in the Track Rascals program. This cheque will not be deposited if a family completes 15 hours of volunteer work for the club. This applies per FAMILY, not per athlete.

Nanaimo and District Track and Field Club (NTFC)

Amended Refund Policy (November 2018):

NTFC does not typically provide refunds. Please see the refund policy for clarification.

RF (i): Within 10 days of receiving your receipt for payment, (emailed to you immediately upon registration of your child in any of NTFC programs) you may request a refund of fees paid minus the BC Athletics fee portion of any fees.

(ii): After 10 days of receiving your receipt of payment, any request for refund of fees paid, will only be issued at the discretion of the NTFC Board of Directors, and not before the sitting of the next scheduled board meeting at which a quorum is present.

(iii) If at any point during the paid season of activity, the NTFC ceases operation and folds entirely, it is possible that any remainder of prorated fees may be issued to members, upon the NTFC Board's discretion.

Please note: Any BC Athletics fees paid to BC Athletics on behalf of NTFC members by NTFC are not refundable to NTFC under BC Athletics. Therefore these fees are not refundable under any circumstances (see RF(i)).
