All athletes age 12 and up will require proof of vaccine to enter training facilities.

Track meet registrations will be the responsibility of the individual. Notifications will be sent out alerting families of upcoming meets.

Volunteer commitment: 16 hours per athlete and can be completed by parents, friends, and athletes. Various opportunities will be made available throughout the season. $100 volunteer deposit cheques will only be cashed should volunteer hours not be completed.

Refunds: A refund can be requested in writing within the first 2 weeks of the commencement of practices. After that refunds will not be issued.
