The submission of this application certifies acceptance of the applicant (and all listed family members) to abide by the rules, policies and procedures of Tennis Yukon, TennisBC, and TennisCanada.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the below court rules and I agree to follow them when using the Mt Mac courts:

•These tennis courts are for TENNIS ONLY. No rollerblading, roller-skating, ball hockey, skateboarding, or biking.

• Non-marking shoes only.

• Play at your own risk.

• Court booking system in effect (https://tennisyukon.com/book-a-court/).

• Please wait for play to stop before crossing behind a court.

• Please return balls to other courts without interfering with play in progress.

• Please report any court damage or vandalism to Tennis Yukon immediately.

• Water only is allowed on the courts; no food, candy, soft drinks, or alcohol are allowed on the courts.

• Tennis Yukon programs have court priority.

• Tennis ball cans and other debris should be placed in the trash cans/recycling.

• No sitting or leaning on the nets.

• Please behave respectfully and courteously so all players may enjoy their time at the courts.

I understand that failure to follow these steps will lead to my court privileges being taken away and I will not be allowed to play at the Mt Mac courts.
