In consideration of your accepting this entry, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, direct my heirs, executors and administrators to waive and release any and all claims for damages I may have against the Brockville Road Runners, and any organizers, sponsors, their representatives, agents and employees towards any and all injuries suffered by me in the event to be held on October 26, 2025. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for this event. I hereby give the Brockville Road Runners Club the right to use my name/photograph/image/audio recording/video recording to publish this information on Internet Web Sites, media releases, broadcasts and any other publications issued by the BRRC.
