By registering, participants acknowledge and agree that:

• Registration fees are final and non-refundable, including for injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, change of plans, or inability to participate.
• No deferrals. Registrations cannot be deferred to a future event or year.
• No transfers. Registrations cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, or given to another person.
• Distance upgrades: Participants pay the difference between the amount originally paid and the current registration price of the new distance, plus any applicable fees.
• Distance downgrades: No refund or credit will be provided for the difference in registration fees.
• Included items have no cash or credit value. Declining an included item does not reduce the registration fee.
• Merchandise upgrades: Included merchandise cannot be credited toward another item. For example, an included T-shirt cannot be credited toward a hoodie. Upgrades, add-ons, and additional merchandise are purchased at full price.
• All distance and merchandise changes are subject to deadlines and availability.
• Event cancellation: If the event must be cancelled, the Event Organizer may attempt to offer a deferral or credit toward a subsequent year where reasonably possible. A deferral, credit, or refund cannot be guaranteed, particularly when cancellation occurs close to race day after event expenses such as merchandise, supplies, services, permits, or deposits have already been incurred or committed.

Event Organizer Discretion

The Event Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable exceptions or modifications to these policies when circumstances warrant. Any exception granted in one situation does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in another.
