By registering for this program, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

- Payment is required prior to the start of the program.

- Fees are not prorated for late registration.

- A full refund may be requested within 7 days of the program start date. After this 7-day grace period and prior to the second session, refunds may be issued less a $30 administrative fee to cover expenses. After this period, no refunds will be issued at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to injury, inability to attend sessions, scheduling conflicts, or participation in other activities or sports.

- No credits, refunds, or reimbursements will be issued for sessions cancelled due to circumstances outside of the club’s control (e.g., extreme weather). Cancelled sessions may be rescheduled based on coach and/or facility availability.
