In consideration of the acceptance of my/my child's application for membership in Kajaks Track & Field Club (the "Club"), I hereby forever release and discharge the Club, its directors, officers, coaches, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Participants") from any and all actions, damages, claims, demands, costs, and expenses whatsoever that may arise as a result of travelling to or from, or participating in, training sessions or competitions, whether or not caused by the negligence of any of the Participants.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Participants, their personal representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all actions, damages, claims, demands, costs, and expenses that may hereafter be brought or made against any of them by or on behalf of myself/my child arising from travelling to or from, or participating in, training sessions or competitions, whether or not caused by the negligence of any of the Participants, except to the extent and amount covered by applicable accident or liability insurance.
