Information collected through this registration form will be used by ON Para Network and/or the Canadian Paralympic Committee to: connect you with appropriate national sport organizations, provincial sport organizations, or local club contacts post event for programming information; and determine impact of the Paralympic Sport Discovery Day funding in supporting athlete engagement in the para sport pathway.
