Very proud of Foster Malleck's "W" on Friday night. His 8:20 3k is over 8 sec better than his outdoor pb. It currently stands as #1 U20 in Canada and #1 among his high-school peers on the continent.. He has been such a role model for our group over the past couple years

So is no one going to talk about the fact that Malleck ran 8:20.07 in January?

Heard it was a great finish. Anyone have a video of this? Quote comment -

Some nice 4x8 results as well. Are we seeing a resurgence of the 'flat track' meets because the conversions actually work and equalize to OS or banked?

This result was pretty impressive as well: Hassan, Abdullahi 1:20.43 U18 Canadian Indoor Record!

Can someone please advise on the conversion for the flat track to banked? For the 600 and 1000.

Gotta scroll all the way to the bottom of the playing regs in Qualifying Standards (11.1)
Mile Split also has a conversion calculator. Little tricky to figure out, but:

Or check the rankings for examples of conversions.
