What's a good age to start going to nats?
Can you make a team at age 17?

All 6 of the U20 women that competed at worlds last year were 16 or 17.

Off the top of my head, I remember there was someone named Tax Murek, or something like that, who might be pretty good too

    John Castellano, 1983. Ran a 13:51 5km that year.

You can make a u20 team if you run the u20 race, but you could also race u18 against only same age competition. Depends mostly on personal goals here

not sure the order but I would put Lumb, Fafard, desgagnes, Dozzi, Nobbs and baird in that top mix.
Dannat too possibly, his 3k time definitly puts him the mix for medal depending how the race goes. Has he raced yet this year?

you can bet if there is a 400m hill in there Kieran Lumb's victory is all but assured. Don't sleep on Michael Millic either, only thing holding him back is if he can spell his name correctly on the registration
