    Remember Stud,

According to the Troll, you can only be good at something if you are just like World Class people - or the 8 & 9 year olds he coaches - who do the same workouts as World Class athletes.

Troll, time to get back under the bridge.

Or rowing. Or rugby if you're more athletic.

I think Troll is upset that he can be beaten by a 210 lb athlete. Could you imagine a race set up between Troll and Distance Stud? I would pay to watch that! Maybe put in some hills on the course to make it fair.

Distance stud, that's incredible, if there were Clydesdale records, I think you would have it!

I'm actually a fantastic climber...Climbing isn't just about how light you are...It is about your aerobic capacity, how much power you can produce, and your power to weight ratio. I'm a better climber than 95% of these people on these boards. I seriously want to make a bet with you

Look I'm not here to bash Distance Stud. If you want to run and you are passionate about running, no one is going to stop you. At the end of the day you make your own choices. Enjoy

All I got to say is that based on your height distance stud. And how lean you calm to be you are probably at your ideal body weight. Sometimes this might get in the way of sport and what we enjoying doing but your personal health matters most. Love what you do and work hard at it by do not sacrifice to much to a sport. Everyone is dealt a deck of cards. You just got to figure out how to use them.
