middle distance track

Hi there, what is the best to recover between two races on two days. A 1500m on saturday and 800m on a sunday. Any tips on how to recover quickly in between?

adding to the above. Nice cool down jog after race #1, stretch and lots of liquids.
The races you are running is what every middle distance teenager does it's not hard at all.

    - eat and hydrate after your first race (sooner the better)
    - cool down run
    - foam roll/ stretch (whatever you're into)
    - lots of sleep

    never eat fast food
take epsom salt bath afte race 1 if you have any (not really worth getting it just for this but good to have this stuff around)
