Actually, there are now 7 ranked times under 350, actually, and actually only 1 in usports decided to pull up. and i actually didnt break 4 at mcgill, but next year ill get my 350 seed and rig to a 359 and call it improvement

aus is overrated. ? , queens wont be at oua, too much sprinting, interferes with cross build

In fairness, just because someone “has” run a certain time before (outdoors) it doesn’t mean they should necessarily seed at it. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with requiring a season best for a seed when it’s a mid season invitational. Seed time inflation can cause a big problem for athletes who seed honestly.

Looking back through McGill results until the first time 3:50 was broken there, there have only ever been 9 athletes to break 3:50 at the meet (minus 2016 as I couldn’t find results)

Angus Rawling will have to look to defend that as well as his 3k crown

Guelph is having a great season. Their OUA performances were incredible. The USports Championships will be more of the same.

There is no way the Univ of Sask women should be ranked lower than 3. They could win the meet.
